At The Pet Express, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Damages and Defective Products:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs (USD 0.00) and there is no restocking fee.

Customer Remorse:

If you no longer want the item or purchased it by mistake, please contact us immediately. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
